  • Dinner: Enjoy a traditional Assamese dinner at a local restaurant.

Day 2: Exploring Guwahati

  • Morning at Assam State Museum: Explore Assamese history, culture, and art at the museum.
  • Visit Srimanta Sankardeva Kalakshetra: A cultural complex dedicated to the great saint Srimanta Sankardeva.
  • Lunch: Enjoy a local Assamese lunch with traditional dishes.

Day 3: Day Trip to Kaziranga National Park

  • Early Morning Departure: Drive to Kaziranga National Park (approx. 4-5 hours).
  • Morning Jeep Safari: Go on a thrilling safari to spot the famous one-horned rhinoceros and other wildlife.
  • Lunch: A simple lunch at a nearby resort or park's visitor center.
  • Afternoon Safari: Enjoy another safari, this time on elephant-back for a different perspective of the park.
  • Evening Return to Guwahati: Drive back to Guwahati and check-in to your hotel.
  • Relaxed Dinner: Dinner at the hotel.

Day 4: Day Trip to Sualkuchi and Hajo

  • Morning Drive to Sualkuchi: Visit the "Manchester of Assam," a village famous for its traditional silk weaving industry. Witness the process of making Assam silk and buy local handloom products.
  • Visit Hajo: Explore the ancient temples of Hajo, including Hayagriva Madhava Temple and the Powa Mecca Mosque.
  • Lunch: Enjoy a local meal in the area.
  • Return to Guwahati: Relax at your hotel.

Day 5: Departure

  • Morning Visit to Balaji Temple: Visit the beautiful Balaji Temple situated atop a hill in Guwahati.
  • Free Time: Relax, shop for last-minute souvenirs, or explore more of the city.
  • Transfer to Airport: The guide will transfer you to the airport for your departure.
