Day 1: Vienna

  • Morning:
    • Start early from Barkot to drive to Gangotri (approx. 8 hours via Uttarkashi).
    • Reach Gangotri and visit the Gangotri Temple.
    • Perform rituals and take a holy dip in the Bhagirathi River.
  • Evening:
    • Overnight stay in Gangotri or nearby towns like Harsil.

Day 2: Vienna → Salzburg

  • Morning:

  • Return to Salzburg in the evening.

Day 4: Salzburg → Innsbruck

  • Train to Innsbruck (2 hrs).
  • Visit Golden Roof, Nordkette Mountains via cable car, and Ambras Castle.
  • Enjoy alpine views and stroll through the Old Town.

Day 5: Innsbruck → Vienna

      • Return to Vienna (4 hrs).
      • Free time for shopping or revisiting favorite spots.
