  • The best time to visit Badami, Karnataka, is during the winter months from October to March, when the weather is cool and pleasant, with temperatures ranging between 15°C and 30°C. This period is ideal for exploring the town’s ancient cave temples, monuments, and natural landscapes comfortably. Summers (April to June) are extremely hot, with temperatures soaring up to 40°C, making outdoor activities less enjoyable. Monsoons (July to September) bring moderate rainfall, adding greenery to the surroundings but can make travel challenging due to slippery terrains.
