  • The best time to visit Kolad is from June to February. Monsoons (June-September) enhance white-water rafting with a rain-fed Kundalika River and lush greenery. Winters (October-February) offer pleasant weather (12°C to 25°C), ideal for adventure activities and camping. Summers (March-May) are less favorable due to high temperatures.

  • By Train: Kolad has its own railway station, connected to Mumbai via the Konkan Railway.
  • By Road: Well-connected by roads; accessible from Mumbai (120 km) and Pune (110 km).
