- Check-in to your accommodation in Mawlynnong or a homestay to experience the local lifestyle.

Lunch:
- Enjoy a local meal at one of the village's small eateries. Try traditional Khasi cuisine.

- Living Root Bridge: Take a trek through the dense forests of the region to visit the iconic Living Root Bridge, a natural bridge made of the roots of rubber trees. This unique structure is a marvel of nature and human ingenuity.

- Viewpoint: Visit the Sky View Point for panoramic views of the surrounding valleys, Bangladesh plains, and the lush green landscapes.

- Dawki River: Early morning, head to Dawki, located about 15 km from Mawlynnong. Here you can experience the crystal-clear waters of the Umngot River and take a boat ride. The river is so clear that the boats appear to be floating in mid-air. It’s perfect for photography and relaxation.
Late Morning:
- Visit the nearby Jaflong area (if time allows), known for its tea gardens and spectacular views of the Khasi Hills.
Lunch:
- Stop at a local restaurant or a riverside shack for a quick lunch with stunning views.
Afternoon:
- Balancing Rock: Visit the famous Balancing Rock, a natural rock formation that appears to defy gravity. It's located on the way back to Mawlynnong from Dawki.
