- Arrive in Wadi Musa, the town near Petra.
- Check into your accommodation and relax.
Evening:
- Petra by Night (if available on your arrival day): Experience the magical ambiance of the Siq and the Treasury illuminated by thousands of candles, accompanied by Bedouin music.
Day 2: Full-Day Exploration of Petra
Morning:
- Start early (7:00 AM): Walk through the Siq to reach Al-Khazneh (The Treasury).
- Explore the Street of Facades: Visit the caves and tombs carved into the rock face.
- Visit the Roman Theatre: A large amphitheater carved into the mountainside.
Afternoon:
- Climb to the High Place of Sacrifice (~40-minute hike). Enjoy breathtaking views and visit nearby ruins, such as the Garden Tomb and Lion Monument.

Day 3: Trek to the Monastery and Surroundings
Morning:
- Hike to the Monastery (Ad-Deir): This involves ~800 steps (1–1.5 hours). The Monastery is one of Petra's largest and most iconic monuments.
- Enjoy panoramic views from the Monastery area.
Afternoon:
- Explore the Royal Tombs, including the Urn Tomb, Silk Tomb, and Corinthian Tomb.
- Visit the Colonnaded Street and Great Temple, showcasing Petra’s Roman influence.
Evening:
- Rest or stroll through Wadi Musa's markets to shop for local souvenirs such as Bedouin jewelry, spices, and handcrafted items.
Day 4: Little Petra and Wadi Rum Adventure
Morning:
- Visit Little Petra (Al-Beidha): A quieter Nabataean site located about 10 minutes from Petra. See smaller carvings and ancient Bedouin caves.
- Explore Neolithic ruins and frescoes.
Afternoon:
- Drive to Wadi Rum Desert (~1.5–2 hours from Petra).
- Go on a Jeep safari to explore the stunning desert landscape, including landmarks like Lawrence's Spring and the Burdah Rock Arch.
Evening:
- Enjoy a Bedouin dinner under the stars and stay overnight in a traditional desert camp.
Day 5: Return to Wadi Musa or Amman
Morning:
- Option 1: Return to Wadi Musa for a relaxed day. Visit local shops and enjoy a spa experience, such as a Dead Sea mud treatment.
- Option 2: Drive back to Amman or continue to other Jordanian destinations like the Dead Sea, Aqaba, or Jerash.
Afternoon:
- If in Wadi Musa, consider revisiting Petra for a final walk through your favorite spots or discover lesser-known trails.
Evening:
