  1. Winter (November to February):
    • Ideal for exploring the city and its surroundings due to cool and pleasant weather.
    • Temperature ranges from 10°C to 25°C, making it comfortable for sightseeing and outdoor activities.
  2. Monsoon (June to September):
    • Silchar receives heavy rainfall during these months, which can lead to landslides and travel disruptions. Not the best time for travel.
    • However, the lush green landscapes are beautiful if you enjoy the monsoon atmosphere.
